15a: picking a picture of the flag we wanted to use, and of a brick wall. We opened a new docment and merged the two pictures onto it. Then we changed the blending mode to hard light. We then duplicated the brick layer. in order to desaturate it, we placed the brick layer above the flag layer. Then I clicked the flag layer distrot>displace, and saved it. Then I opened it and changed the blending mode to hard light on the brick wall.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

15b:

 

Using a selfie, and the flag I opened a new document and merged the flag and my face onto the new document. I repeated the same steps except this time I had to clean the edges. I used the eraser and I deleted the flag from my hair, eyes, and lips.
